MiraVista is owned and operated by founder Andrea Stark. As the face of MiraVista, Andrea frequently works one-on-one with durable medical equipment suppliers. In addition, she holds regular workshops and publishes informed articles to help suppliers’ businesses prosper within the confines of the Medicare system. A rapidly growing durable medical equipment billing company, ClaraVista is always looking for hard-working, motivated individuals. ClaraVista’s dedicated staff takes the billing burden off the shoulders of their DME clients by thoughtfully working claims from start-to-finish and securing reimbursements.

ClaraVista employees have a close working relationship with executive management and undergo on-site training to ensure they fully understand the reimbursement process. Employees are continually educated on any changes in billing and operation procedures by Medicare consultant Andrea Stark.

Data Entry:

This position requires strong communication and organizational skills. At a minimum, applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong typing skills are a must. Previous experience with data entry is preferred.

Accounts Receivable Associate:

Applicants must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to quickly learn new software programs. Previous experience analyzing and reconciling accounts is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and should possess strong communication and organizational skills.
 
Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Candidates for this position must have previous experience as an AR specialist in the healthcare industry. Job functions include but are not limited to: trend analysis, reporting, project management and management of client accounts. Ideal candidates are proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, have knowledge of administrative procedures and the ability to multitask.
